FCC Emergency Broadband Benefit Program

The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is an FCC program to help eligible households pay for internet service during the pandemic. Beginning on May 12, 2021 eligible households can enroll in the program to receive a monthly discount off the cost of broadband Internet service.

D & P Communications (Deerfield Farmers’ Telephone Company) has been approved as an Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) provider. Follow the steps below to learn more about the program, determine if your household is eligible, and apply to participate.

STEP 1: Check to see if you qualify

Visit Emergency Broadband Benefit website for program qualifications and necessary documents needed to apply.

STEP 2: Apply through the FCC for the Emergency Broadband Benefit

Beginning May 12, 2021 use the Emergency Broadband Benefit website to apply online for the program. Approved participants will receive a code to provide to D & P (Deerfield Farmers’ Telephone Company).

STEP 3: Submit your code

Complete and submit the form below and a representative from D & P (Deerfield Farmers’ Telephone Company) will contact you about your discount.
